Maps4MyApps.com – Acceptance of the Web Services License & Terms of Use agreement

InfoGrow Corporation is willing to process your request to provide access to the Microsoft MapPoint Web Service, and/or the Virtual Earth Platform (“Web Services”) only on the condition that subscriber accepts all of the terms and conditions contained within the Maps4MyApps.com Terms and Conditions, Maps4MyApps.com site and Microsoft MapPoint Web Service Developer Account Agreement.  all three of these elements comprise the maps4myapps.com web services license and terms of use agreement.   

Please read all Terms and conditions carefully before accepting this agreement. Subscriber’s access to the Web Services will not begin until subscriber has manifested its assent to all of the Terms and conditions in this agreement by clicking “I accept” button(s).  If subscriber does not agree to the terms and conditions as stated, then InfoGrow is unwilling to provide access to the web services to subscriber, and subscriber should click “I do not accept” button(s), in which event, subscriber will not gain access to the web services through InfoGrow. In addition, subscriber access to web services may be withdrawn, without notice, if any maps4myapps.com terms and conditions or Microsoft terms and conditions are not strictly followed.
